1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with citibet, accessing the citibet website at citibet.xyz, or using any of the services offered by citibet — including but not limited to live casino games, sports betting, bingo, and slot games — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the citibet platform from time to time.

citibet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension or closure of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of citibet services, you must register a player account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times.

The following rules apply to citibet player accounts:

• One Account Per Player: Each player is permitted to hold only one citibet account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single player — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

citibet supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions on the citibet platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. citibet does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• citibet does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your citibet account.
• citibet reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal request.

• citibet reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of any ongoing investigation into suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the citibet platform are subject to the specific game rules and betting rules applicable to the relevant product (sports betting, live casino, bingo, slots). These rules are published on the relevant product pages of the citibet platform and form part of these Terms.

• All bets are final once confirmed. citibet does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and confirmed by the system.
• citibet reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error or human error, or bets placed on events that have already commenced or concluded.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, the decision of citibet shall be final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in these Terms.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all products and may vary by game, event, market, and player account status. citibet reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount for any player at any time without prior notice.
• Winnings will be credited to your citibet account balance upon settlement of the relevant bet or game round.

For live casino games, the rules of the specific game variant (e.g., baccarat, blackjack, roulette, dragon tiger) as presented by the live dealer and the game interface shall govern the outcome of each round. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, citibet's system records shall be used to determine the outcome.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

citibet offers various bonuses, promotions, free bets, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. citibet reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the citibet platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the citibet platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Creating or operating more than one citibet account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the citibet platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the citibet platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports integrity violation.
• Using the citibet platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the citibet platform or its underlying software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing citibet staff or other players.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the citibet platform — including but not limited to the citibet name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of citibet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the citibet platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any citibet content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on citibet content.
• Use any citibet trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the citibet platform.

Any unauthorised use of citibet intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

citibet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the citibet platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your citibet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude citibet's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11 Termination

11.1 Termination by citibet: citibet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if citibet has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if citibet is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, citibet reserves the right to forfeit any account balance, including deposits and winnings, where such balance is reasonably connected to the prohibited conduct.

11.2 Termination by Player: You may close your citibet account at any time by contacting the citibet support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and any applicable withdrawal processing requirements.

11.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination of your account for any reason, all licences and rights granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease.
